Occupancy Requirements

Residents of Seven Oaks at Notre Dame must be able to live independently, with or without services.  They must also meet family size, age, and income requirements. The head of the household or spouse must be age 55 or older. Specific income question can be discussed by calling Seven Oaks at Notre Dame at (402) 451-4477.

Your Apartment Home
Each apartment is designed to provide all the comforts and conveniences of home for seniors who want to remain living independently, but do not want to worry about shoveling snow, mowing the lawn or keeping up a house. We have Studios, One Bedroom and Two-Bedroom apartments available.

Each Apartment has:

• A complete kitchen (range, oven, refrigerator/freezer)
• Shower and/or tub with grab bars
• Spacious closets with shelves
• Carpeting
• Mini-blinds
• Emergency pull-cord in bedroom and bathroom
• Individually controlled heating and cooling
• Cable TV hook-up (optional)
